(Kids age 12 and under eat and bowl for free if you want to bring them)

Silent auction to be run at the same time so you may bid on gift baskets and/or your favorite gift certificates from local resturants, florists, bakery, auto service facilities and much more.

If your body will not let you bowl with us (or you just don’t like bowling), for only $7 you can still come watch us, eat and bid on the items.

The 2012 Confirmation Class invites all in the church to join them on Saturday, March 10, 2012 for a tour and service at Temple Beth El.  We will meet outside the church by 8:15 a.m. to arrive at the Temple to begin a 9:00 a.m. tour before attending the 10:30 a.m. service.  You can meet us at the Temple as well.  Please look for the sign up sheet in Wesley Hall.  The Temple will need to know how many are attending by February 24. 2012.  See Sherry Young for details.

Our next Women’s Retreat will be May 10-11, 2013.  Yes, 2013 is the next availability to travel to Lake Huron Retreat Center.  The reason for the announce now is to have you put the date on your calendar and to possibly assist with the cost of the trip by paying through the year rather than all at once.  The Center has had an increase in prices, one of them is the reservation fee which is $300.00 for 20 ladies.  This fee must be made in advance and will secure our spot in Littleton Lodge.  If you would like to reserve a spot please make a check payable to the church in the amount of $15.00 and feel free to provide payments to me through the year.  Looking forward to spending spiritual time with you.  See Sherry Young.

Subject and content of retreat not yet determine but whatever it may be it will bless your journey with God and the women you encounter.

How quickly the Chili King’s reign go by because it is time again to challenge your reigning Chili King!!!  Start spicing up your recipes for chili and bring your best game/chili to Wesley Hall on February 4, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.  The cost is $2.00 per person, kids under 10 and chili cooks are free.  Prizes, food and fun!  Come on ladies, it’s time for a CHILI QUEEN!!!!

Drivers Needed – Are you looking for a way to help others?  Here’s a solution for you. Volunteer Call Receiver Needed - It’s recruiting time again! Have you ever thought about joining the Support Ministry Team! Well, there is an opening for you. A volunteer call receiver position has just become available. The job description would require you to make two phone calls once a week from your own home and follow up on any request.
